THE FINISHED WORK OF THE CROSS

“surely he has borne our grief  and carried our sorrows; yet we esteemed him stricken, smitten by God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities, the chastisement of our peace was upon him, and by his stripes we are healed”. Isaiah 53:4-5

The blood of Jesus accomplished for  you what you nor any thing could do for you. Do you know why? Because you are precious in the sight of God the father. You are priceless and indispensable before God, that is why he could risk to that extent just to  bring you back to himself. On the Good Friday morning I reviewed the Mel Gibson episode on the passion of the Christ, the  blood that was wasted and that suffering towards the route to mount Calvary not only told me how God loves me but he will not deny me anything good Roms 8:32. What on earth is more good or precious  to God than his son but he freely gave him for my sake.

All your weakness, shortcomings are judged on the body of the Christ once and for all so that you may not go on allowing the old things to weigh you down Heb 12:1-2. you are redeemed today that you may live forever for God as a priest unto him. What your mother or any loved one couldn’t do for you, Jesus did and demonstrated all on the Cross. Mel Gibson really portrayed his passion of Christ how the scriptures presented it. those 39 lashes represents every healing, forgiveness, deliverance, favours, and blessings you may need. Jesus paid for every debt. Gal 3:13-14

From this day you have a confidence and say, to respond to any one that tries to weigh you down. I don’t know exactly where you are coming from in life but I am trying to put your understanding to the finished work of Christ; meaning your past, since you received Jesus as your Lord and personal saviour have become a history 2 Cor 5:17-21. God will never remember it again. The wrath of God awaits only those that refuse to accept Jesus as their Lord, but as far as you believe and receive him, you have passed from death to life John 5:24, John 3:17-18, Roms 9:9-11.

Friends I am glad to announce to you that God is no more  angry with you. Every anger he poured it on the body of his son that the travail of his soul may appease God of your past sins Isaiah 53:11. these are the benefit of the redeemed of the Lord. Who have the seal of salvation. God said that no one should trouble you again for you bear the seal of his son on your forehead Galatians 6:17. The debt you owe is paid. God most merciful paid it himself because he knew we are not able without his help so he is not requiring you to pay them but only to receive his son Jesus and serve him.

Let me in a nutshell justify this claim to you with this story. “ a man was owning a huge amount of money to someone and he couldn’t pay, then his creditor went furious and threatened to imprison him. Then an admirer of that debtor intervened and told the creditor that he should not lay hand on the debtor again that he has taken control of that situation and will pay all. After that, the admirer of the debtor or the good Samaritan paid that debt, and not only he paid it but he repaid that money double. Now tell me if I may ask you; do the creditor have any legal right to accuse the debtor anymore? The answer should be know. Even if the cheque that the good Samaritan gave bounced, the debtor have been freed in the court and that is it. the creditor can only go back to the good Samaritan that paid the ransom and they will sort it out.

My friends this is how our case is with God. We owed a gross debt to God because of sin and Jesus promised to pay it which he did with his precious blood. Now we are freed forever by getting our selves enwrapped in the saving grace of Jesus. You have a divine nature today to live unto righteousness for God forever

My friends he died to pay every thing you owe to God, so arise and possess your possession. That blood, that was wasted paid all things; God is no more accusing you he is no more angry, it is in the blood, neither will any one accuse you because you are redeemed, justified, sanctified, and righteous all for that blood. (1 cor 1:30, 2 cor5:17-21, Roms 8:1). God promised in  Isaiah 54:9b that he will never be angry with you anymore. yes he is right, that anger he put on Christ so that you can be free forever. So may no one trouble you  again for Jesus has paid for all in the Cross. God bless you from Gods servant by Grace  .  Happy Easter, for the Lord is risen
